My role as Branch Vice President for the Weichert Realtors Warren office affords me the opportunity to work with many talented real estate professionals. With over 40 years of hands-on real estate experience, I bring a level of knowledge to the Sales Associates I coach and mentor.  You'll find leadership and support that is truly unmatched at our office. My career spans everything from residential sales to land use and real estate ethics, and I pride myself on creating a collaborative and inspiring environment where both new and seasoned agents can thrive. As a Broker and Sales Manager, I take a hands-on approach—coaching agents through personalized business planning, CRM optimization, and strategic marketing, while also encouraging confidence-building practices like role-playing and client acquisition techniques. I’ve built a reputation not only as a top producer—earning titles like "Realtor of the Year" and serving on both state and local professional standards committees—but also as a trusted mentor who leads with heart, professionalism, and an unwavering dedication to growth and excellence.

What excites me most is helping agents discover their unique strengths and watching them exceed their own expectations. Whether we’re preparing a powerful listing presentation, breaking down market dynamics in real-time at an open house, or troubleshooting complex client scenarios, I’m there every step of the way—offering insights, encouragement, and real-world strategies that get results. As an active member of the Realtor community, I serve on the Board of Directors for my local Board of Realtors, Mid-Jersey, and have been involved in both the Board of Realtors and the NJ State Professional Standards Committee. This committee is responsible for upholding ethical standards and arbitrating disputes between Realtors vs Realtors and Realtors vs Public. Additionally, I am honored to serve as Co-Chair of the CORE Board of Realtors New Jersey Realtors Circle of Excellence, as well as serving on the state level.
